Privacy Policy

Who we are

StudioMotion is operated from Sweden and provides design sections and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector at cambouch.com. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect

Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google or Lovable, the basic profile those services share (name, email).

Subscription data: plan, status and billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Connector data: when you connect StudioMotion to an AI tool, we receive an access token that identifies your account, plus the tool requests you make (for example, which section you fetched). We do not receive your prompts or your project code.

Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) used for security and debugging.

How we use it

To provide your account, check your plan, deliver sections through the connector, process payments, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Legal basis (GDPR)

Performance of a contract (providing the service), legal obligation (bookkeeping), and legitimate interest (security and service improvement).

Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the service: our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments, and Google or Lovable if you choose them for sign-in.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Billing records are kept as long as Swedish accounting law requires (currently seven years). Logs are deleted after a short period.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or export of your data, object to processing, and complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). You can revoke a connector's access at any time by disconnecting it in your AI tool.
